Rules and Payment Structure

I posted this on /r/gamecollecting too

OK I think I’ve come up with a system. Let me know what you guys think of these rules:

  1. 10% commission on all purchases.

  2. When you send me a game list, you must set a max price. If I can find a game for a price under your max, I get to keep the difference. If I find a game, but it is over your max, I will not purchase it without your explicit consent.

  3. Buyer must cover all shipping costs. That includes the cost of shipping when things are sent to me within Korea. When it comes to the EMS shipping costs, I will send you a picture of the receipt to prove that I am not jacking up the price.

  4. Total orders under 100,000 won will be charged a $7 handler fee. I work a 9-5 and a lot of my free time will be used up hunting down some of these games. It’s not worth my trouble to hunt down a 20,000 won game if I’m only going to be making 2,000(less than $2) from it.

  5. Extra fees such as commissions and handlers fees will be paid at the end with the final EMS charges. For example, if I find 5 games for you, which cost a total of 100,000 won, you will send me the EMS costs + 10,000 won before I send everything out.

  6. Buyer must pay for each game as I find them. So if your list has 5 games, and I find 1 of them, you have to pay for the game right after I buy it. I will show you a picture of me with the game after I buy it to prove that it’s in my possession. Skype might actually work best for this.

  7. Buyer must understand that some items might sell out quick. If I see something on a forum here, there is a chance that someone might grab it before me. I will always try my best to find the stuff you want though.

  8. The buyer must also understand that there is a good chance that I wont find something on your list. I can find some good deals here, but things go quick and super rare items are usually priced as such.

  9. Finally, don’t screw me over please. It would suck if I spent like 200,000 won hunting down games for you and then you bailed on. And if you do, I will publicly shame you on this subreddit!

Any other rules I should add? Does this sound fair? Any other questions people have about this process? I feel like I’m in way over my head but I think this is a great opportunity for people to get their lists filled for a reasonable price and for me to make some extra cash for my new place.
